The ideal wristband is not full and cluttered with images and text, but rather it is clean and tidy. The term ‘Less is more’ certainly applies to wristband designs. The optimum size for printing on a 1 inch Tyvek wristband is 20mm high * 120mm wide and for a ¾ inch wristband it is 12mm high * 120mm wide. For design formats and sizes for Fabric, silicone and vinyl wristbands please contact us with your artwork and we will optimize for best results. 

For the sharpest print results we suggest using / sending high resolution images such as in vector format; PDF, JPEG, PNG, AI. Please note that for Tyvek wristbands the colours included in the design must be a darker colour than the actual wristband colour. Any parts of a logo that are white, will appear as the wristband colour. We suggest to avoid using light colours or faded effects in your artwork as this will affect the final print. All artwork regardless of size should have a plain white background.

All of our Plain and Printed Tyvek wristbands are sequentially numbered to protect against any fraudulent activity. This also gives customers the peace of mind that the wristbands ordered are unique and cannot be counterfeited. On request, we also offer Tyvek wristbands with perforated ends which carry the same sequential number (ideal for use in cloak rooms or as a detachable voucher).

We accept the following payment methods; Debit card, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Revolut, BOV mobile. We also accept cash on collection. Cash on delivery is not possible.

We offer a recorded third party courier service to all customers ordering through the website. This service normally takes 1-2 days and requires the recipient to sign for the bands on delivery. If you are on a tight deadline we suggest collecting the wristbands in person from our offices or contact us for an express courier service at an additional charge. Wristbands can be collected the same day you order wristbands to ensure that you receive the wristbands on time even when under a tight deadline.

On request, we can include variable data such as QR codes and Barcodes as part of any wristband design. Please contact us for a personalized quote about this service which adds an extra layer of security to your wristbands. There are additional costs which are calculated on a case by case basis.

We are proud to offer a 20% discount to all charities who are hosting events and require wristbands. Apply for your charity discount by email at info@maltawristbands.com stating the name of the charity and also the details of the event. We will then get back to you with a bespoke discount.

Full payment for wristbands must be received through one of the methods mentioned before wristbands will be dispatched in the post. A 50% deposit will be required to move Fabric, Silicone and Vinyl wristbands into production. 
Visual proofs (where applicable) will be treated as confirmation of the design from customer.
Whilst making every attempt to deliver orders according to Proofs and within requested Timeframes we are not liable for Third Party delays or errors in Manufacturing.

If there is an error on our part in terms of a design being printed incorrectly, colours not being sent correctly, or final product not as per proof we are able to offer a refund on a case by case basis. Some customers may prefer a discount or a replacement to be sent out - depending on the timeframe. Any proof that is approved by customer is moved to production and no changes can be made after that time.
